Description
Roboform is an extension for K-Meleon which allows to save and restore passwords and forms.

All the tries we have made (guenter and I) to convince Syber Systems to support K-Meleon have failed (they don't want to support K-Meleon!!!), Roboform use with K-Meleon has been made possible with a few difficulties as for setup than for use.
Due to the use of Windows resident programs (Roboform), this extension can't work under wine Linux.
It's obvoius that Roboform (the program) must be installed and loaded in memory to let K-Meleon be able to use it.
Warning : It's important to notice that the Roboform plugin version usable with K-Meleon is old, and that Roboform won't works with K-Meleon if trying to use newer version of the plugin. In spite of this, it seems that the installation of a newer version of Roboform don't break its use with K-Meleon, until the old plugin is used, but new Roboform functions won't perhaps be avalaible from within K-Meleon.

Known problems due to K-Meleon adaptation
- Accurate loss of the homepage. Because of a reason I ignore, sometimes, homepage isn't restored, et we stay then with the roboform toolbar launch URL. To correct it, just set your page as homepage, then quit and launch K-Meleon, et the problem must be gone.
- Roboform toolbar isn't launched when clicking on an html file, when K-Meleon wasn't already opened. There is no automatic way to restore the toolbar, but you can make it manually. Just open a new layer (about:blank) and then, launch the toolbar with the menu Tools > Roboform > Launch Roboform Toolbar. All the already opened layers will stay without Roboform toolbar, but new layers will then have the toolbar. Another solution is to launch K-Meleon before, be you must think of :). The use of K-Meleon Launcher doesn't solve the problem.
As said previously, Syber System doesn't want to support K-Meleon, so, the Roboform adaptation to K-Meleon has been particulary difficult and the way it runs under K-Meleon is breakable.
More, if the way it runs under K-Meleon 1.1.x is quite acceptable, it's more complicate and breakable under K-Meleon 1.5.x.
